Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch. You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves us. Events outside our control, such as severe weather or postal disruption, can cause delays.
Packaging
Every order is packed in insulated packaging inside plain outer packaging, with no branding or product names visible.
Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, check the tracking link and then email shop.ultrapeptide@gmail.com with your order number. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout – we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched, and parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for a refund.
